CUSTOMER POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

Terms for exploring our services, requesting a project, and working with Ziaullah Crest LLC.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. Business and services

Ziaullah Crest LLC offers book writing, publishing, marketing, distribution, printing, story writing, editing, children’s book illustrations, brand identity, custom design and development, ecommerce, social media marketing, and business consultancy. Service descriptions explain available support; the exact work for your order is defined in a written proposal or order confirmation.

2. Project agreement

A project begins after its scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timeline, and review requirements have been agreed. Sending a website inquiry does not place an order or create a service commitment. The current inquiry form prepares an email for you to send.

Read the project proposal, these terms, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy before accepting an order or making payment. A separate written project agreement may specify additional terms. It does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3. Quotes, currency, and payment

Services are quoted according to project scope and complexity. The proposal or invoice identifies the amount, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and any deposit or milestone payments. Prices expressed as USD are in United States dollars. Any other currency must be identified in the relevant quote or invoice.

Payment must be made using the method stated in the official invoice. Where Stripe, Square, or another processor is used, the provider is identified at payment. Accepted methods depend on that provider and the invoice configuration. Do not share full card details with our representatives.

This website has no direct checkout and does not enroll customers in recurring payments. Any ongoing service or recurring billing must be separately agreed with its amount, frequency, duration, and cancellation process disclosed before authorization.

4. Client information and responsibilities

Provide a complete brief, relevant project materials, accurate contact information, timely feedback, and the agreed payments. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for material you supply, including text, images, trademarks, and other content. Client delays, missing information, or changes to the brief can affect the project schedule.

5. Scope changes and revisions

Revision rounds follow the selected package or written proposal. Revisions address the agreed direction and requirements. A new concept, additional deliverable, or substantial change to an approved stage may require a revised quote and timeline. Unlimited revisions apply only if expressly included in the package and remain within its defined scope.

6. Delivery and project timing

Delivery dates, formats, and channels are stated in the order confirmation or project agreement. Digital materials are delivered through the agreed email address, account, or file-sharing method. Printing and physical delivery require separately confirmed quantities, specifications, destinations, and charges.

Schedules depend on timely information, approvals, and payments, as well as relevant third-party requirements. Urgent work must be agreed separately. Delay compensation is available only where a written agreement provides for it or applicable law requires it. Read our Delivery Policy for further information.

7. Concerns, cancellations, and refunds

Contact us promptly if the work does not meet the agreed requirements. The standard concern-resolution window adapted from our existing business policy is 14 days from project initialization. A refund request can be reviewed after attempts to resolve the concern. Cancellation must be communicated in writing.

Refund eligibility, excluded third-party costs, the request process, and the usual 20–25 working-day processing period are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory legal rights and applicable payment-network rights are not waived by these terms.

8. Materials and ownership

Rights to project deliverables, editable files, source code, and third-party assets are specified in the project agreement. Client-provided material remains subject to the client’s existing rights. Fonts, stock assets, software, and other licensed components remain subject to their own license conditions.

If a deliverable is covered by an accepted refund, rights granted for that refunded deliverable cease to the extent stated in the refund settlement and project agreement. This does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

9. Third-party services and outcomes

Hosting, domain registration, APIs, marketplaces, payment providers, and publishing platforms operate under their own terms. Their costs and requirements are disclosed where relevant to the project. Platform acceptance, rankings, readership, sales, and business performance are not guaranteed by our service descriptions.

10. Inactive projects

If a client does not respond for 25 days, the project may be paused and its schedule reviewed. A reactivation charge may apply in accordance with the project agreement. The charge and revised schedule must be communicated before restarting the work.

11. Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the project agreement, contractual responsibility is limited to the value allocated to the incomplete portion of the project. Claims for indirect losses or delivery delays are subject to the agreed terms. These provisions do not exclude responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Official communications and support

Use info@ziaullahcrestllc.com and (213) 259-3913 for project questions, support, and concerns. Verify unfamiliar payment requests through these published channels before acting. Customer support is available five days a week; project-specific response arrangements may be confirmed separately.

Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Changes do not silently replace an existing signed project agreement. Contact us if you need clarification before placing an order.
